Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

To request a return, exchange, or refund, email our support team with your order number, member name or registered email, the reason, and photos when the item is defective, incorrect, incomplete, or damaged. Wait for support instructions before returning anything, and do not send returns cash on delivery.

For returns from Hong Kong and other overseas destinations, including return shipping and Taiwan's EZ WAY declaration, see the Hong Kong Shopping Guide page.

For ordinary online purchases, the seven-day cancellation period generally begins when the consumer receives the product. The product should be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. Applicable law may govern value reduction where the product is damaged, incomplete, or used beyond necessary inspection by the consumer.

Within the seven-day cancellation period, the consumer pays the return shipping cost unless the product is defective, incorrect, incomplete, or damaged in transit.

For defects, wrong items, missing items, or shipping damage, contact support promptly. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, return, or refund according to the circumstances and applicable law. Return shipping is allocated according to the reason for return and applicable law.

Refunds are generally sent to the original payment method or processed by the payment provider. The actual posting time depends on the bank, card issuer, e-wallet, or payment provider.
