For distance purchases, consumers generally have a seven-day period after receiving the product to cancel without giving a reason, subject to legally permitted exceptions. Please contact support before sending anything back so the return can be identified and handled safely.
Reasonable inspection does not automatically remove a consumer's cancellation right. If a product loses value because it was used beyond necessary inspection or is returned incomplete, the applicable law may govern the amount of any reduction in value. For defects, missing items, wrong items, or shipping damage, contact us promptly with order details and photos.
Nothing in these policies excludes or reduces mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law. Where a mandatory rule conflicts with a site term, the mandatory rule prevails.
